碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 法律學系 === 100 === On the January 13, 2011,the Grand Justice of Judicial Yuan in Taiwan,alter the No.382 Intepretation and release No. 684 Interpretation.However,it’s real doubt to protect national universary students completely and propely.For national special status of the cadets of the military higher education,research and analysis the protection of the Right affected.Futhermore,to explore the disposal or other public authorities measures of the national military acacemies for cadet and divided into three areas of life management ,academic and educational administraions,which is supplemented and typed by the ‘The Enrollment Regulations of The Military School Student and Graduate ’,’The Born Attendant Rules of he Military School Student and Graduate’ and ’The Learning Regulations of The National Defense University’.Finally,total all kinds of military academies administrative services for cadets,convince of the relief procedures certainly.And make specific recommendations to facilitate the proper safeguard of the cadets an opportunity to create a win-win situation.
