The study examined the relationships among organization structure, operations strategy, organizational innovation climate and organizational innovation performance. The study use data from 105 design companies in north Taiwan, and use regression analysis and path analysis to test the study hypothesis.   The result show that centralization has a negative impact on organizational innovation climate; formalization has a positive impact on organizational innovation climate; organizational innovation climate has a positive impact on organizational innovation performance. The relationship between formalization, cost, quality, and flexibility separately and organizational innovation performance mediated by organizational innovation climate.
