In this study, we apply these four maturity levels on ”Implement ISO27001 Information Security Management System” project of a military internet data center. This study also perform the analysis from that are financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth perspectives of Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Case studies show that the Project maturity of organization project management is 66 %. In the five majority processes, the highest unachieved rate is 75% for initiation procedure group, and the lowest unachieved rate is 0% for unconcluded of procedure group. At the nine majority knowledge areas, the highest unachieved rate is 100% for quality control, and the lowest unachieved rate are 0% for scope management, procurement management, risk and purchasing management. In the four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard, the highest unachieved rate of maturity is 93% for internal process, and the lowest unachieved rate of maturity is 5% for financial. This study shows rely on OPM3 and BSC at the case field of comparative, cross-analysis methods shows improvement "BP_2320 Control Project human resource development plan process" as it contained project management, five majority procedure initiation groups and nine knowledge areas for improvement with the overall OPM3 maturity and the BSC's four composition analysis results. OPM3 emphasis on improving project management, plan/control management and portfolio management are the category of its maturity, in order to achieve the organization's strategic objectives, BSC focuses on improving the financial, customer, internal processes and learning to take part to growth that need this four. This in order to achieve business performance objectives, According to the study, although this two model have different dimension, the combination or sharing of the model will be more helpful in able to achieve strategic objective.
