Three preschool children with developmental delay participated in the study for two months.The oral comprehension test electronic picture books program. and the dependent variable was oral language comprehension abilities. Data was collected from“Oral comprehension test”during three phases. Overall,the main findings of the study were as followings: 1. The instruction with electronic picture books improved oral comprehension performance across the three participants. 2. An immediate effect on oral comprehension ability after receiving electronic picture books instruction was found in the three participants. 3. An sustained effect on oral comprehension ability after receiving electronic picture books instruction was found in the three participants. 4.
