The subjects of this study included 131 baseball athletes 101 dodge ball athletes. A set of instruments was used to collect data and factor analysis, the parental behavior questionnaire, the paternalistic leadership questionnaire and the peer interaction relationship questionnaire were used to collect data in this study. Descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and simultaneous regression analysis were used to analysis data. Here are the findings: Exclude teacher discipline styles, the influence of the father and mother's parenting behavior on the interaction between peers is higher than the paternalistic leadership of the coach. Finally, according to the findings, this study suggests that parents in the parenting of children should be taken to the authoritative type. In training child athletes, coaches should use a more benevolent and talent-moral leadership style, and the prudent use authoritarian leadership, there will be conducive to development of the child's peer interacted relationship.
