Participants were three young children, two of them were diagnosed as mental retardation, and the other was diagnosed as Autism. The A-B-A design of single research was adopted with the movement game as the independent variable. The improvement in the attention and the changes of attention behavior were the dependent variables. This study which included baseline, treatment and maintenance phases persisted nine weeks. The visual inspection was applied to the data from attention observation records , and the interview information from the teacher was as assisted. The movement game observation record was analyzed to see the children behavior and participation in the movement game program.     The results of the research are as follows: 1.The three participants who was children with special needs showed the behavior of attention deficit and distraction. 2.The attention of the three young participants was in progress when they adopted the movement game program. 3.The movement game program made the effect on improving the attention of the three young children with special needs. 4.The three young children with special needs maintained the effects on improving the attention after the movement game program finished. 5.The children do well in the movement games which are fit and interesting and they do have support in activities. 6.The teacher reported the positive effects of the movement game program on improving the attention, and agreed with the help to learning and other self-behavior.
