碩士 === 南華大學 === 非營利事業管理學系 === 100 === 　　With a case study and the survey of 498 valid questionnaires, this study aims to understand learning satisfaction of those who have learned Innovative Aero-Karate in Chiayi City. The findings are stated as follows: 1. The students have strong-willed to teach Innovative Aero-Karate in the future. 2. There are significant differences in the students’ willing to be a licensee of Aero-Karate. 3. The male students, who have learned Aero-Karate are out number than the female students. Most of them are students of 1-3 grades. On the other hand, the female coaches are out number than the male coaches. 4. There is apparent correlation of product-moment correlation for the coaches''teaching, students’ learning results and the facilities for Aero-Karate.
