Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 建築與永續規劃研究所碩士班 === 100 === Agricultural development for farm village stems from the mutual impacts between human activity and natural environment. Due to changes started from the environment and climate, these would render changes to human development activities on the land and these changes also cause the changes in land usages in addition to the changes in the green land scenery textures in villages. In early Taiwan, its primary production and living style were mainly in agriculture. This research, abiding by the Green land system of CPAMI (Construction and Planning Agency, Ministry of the Interior), categorizes the agriculture as the productive green land of the park green land. From 1997 till now, the government had been promoting the fallow agricultural land policy, which emphasized on the subsidy side of the policy, resulting with annual and gradual increase in the area for fallow agricultural land along with the annual fading away for the productive green land in traditional villages; therefore the agricultural land is gradually fragmented. This research primarily intents to explore the relationship between fallow agricultural land and village green land. In addition, Shang-da village and Shen-gou village at Yuanshan Township, Yilan County were selected as the main subjects during exploration. And by infusing GIS analysis into the current field survey in addition to comparing the village green land between 1979 and 2003 with that of 2011, plus using qualitative research grounded theory as the research methodology, this research expects to make up the inadequacies stemmed from field surveys. And through the interview information collection and the current status observation, this research further analyzes the cognition to fallow agricultural land by local inhabitants at both Shun-de village and Shen-gou village. Moreover, this research also explores the different village green lands created by fallow agricultural land and determines the orientation for the future development of village green land.
