We conducts the financial ratios which return on assets, return on equity, the ratio of shareholders fund to total assets, the ratio of loan loss provisions to total loans, the ratio of total loans to total deposits, the ratio of total loan to total assets, the ratio of operating expenses to net earnings, and the ratio of cash and short-term funds to total deposits for a total of eight financial indicators, whether the case was improvement or decline. The empirical results show that only four of the ten banks have improved operating performance and the ratio of loan loss provisions to total loans of an index was better after the merger. none 賴麗華 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 47 zh-TW
