Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程研究所 === 100 === Each year, the world generates 43 million tons soybean residue. These Soybean residues contain 6.6 million tons cellulose. These cellulose can be converted into biofuels. The way can recovery energy and reduce waste. This work was to explore to using diluted sulfuric acid hydrolysis to convert soybean residue into glucose and xylose. Glucose and xylose are material of bioalcohol. Experimental results showed that each gram of soybean residue could produce 0.15 g of xylose and 0.02 g of glucose when reaction temperature is 90 ℃ and the sulfuric acid’s concentration is 10%. The kinetic rate constant is proportional to reaction temperature, when the sulfuric acid’s concentration is 10% the kinetic rate constant have the maximum value , glucose is 0.019 min-1 and xylose is 0.016 min-1. In addition, when the reaction time after 15 minutes ,the reaction has been completed. Inference the soybean residue is waste, the cellulose’s structure has been broken.
