Plants thought behind the arts is naturally portrayed from the perspective of a collector of researches related to farms and gardens. When encountered with diversified cultures and ideologies, the arts have been translated as an action of awareness and dialogue of environmental ecology through observation and have proposed reflection of environmental and ecological crisis. Through professional drying and conservation technology, plant specimen with scientific records became pressed flowers that present aesthetics value and cultural interpretation, a creative form long engaged by the author. In the action of picking, the author senses the harmony interaction of body and soul with the natural scene as the way to present self life power. Being in the natural environment, commonalities exist between human and other creatures (animals and plants) for the survival and these interesting findings after collection and reviews are transformed into the motive of art creation. The author believed that besides the recognition of aesthetics as the nature of important human characteristics, plants shall not be used as one of the media for art creation, a thought constructing “perspective” and “issue” goes beyond aesthetics boundary. It is expected that with the lifestyle that enables self-reflection and stimulates thought, the connection of “science” and “arts” shall be complementary. Literature review examined art projects engaged by several ecological artists and these projects require the cooperation from scholars of ecology, geology, anthropology, sociology, and so on. Interdisciplinary dialogue and common classic work have brought more comprehensive creation and production. Contents of interdisciplinary artistic work and diversity of format correspond to changes of social culture and environmental and ecological issues in the past three decades. Through literature review and practical creation, this paper achieves objectives as follows: 1. Interdisciplinary art experiment has been proposed through the interdisciplinary opportunities arising from agricultural science and artistic creation to transform learning experience and aesthetics of plants into creation thought that cares for environmental change issues. 2. Symbolic meaning of plant images from art history, landscape art in environmental art, development of ecological art creation, issues related to reviews and discussion of environmental caring presented in creation format and contents has been derived. 3. Action plan development in arts of certain environmental field have been more appropriate format and the creation of natural dialogue to awaken reflection on environmental and ecological issues and aesthetics.
