To achieve the study, researcher collected literature which is analyzed first to examine the role of perception and understanding of attachment styles, parent-child relationship and life adjustment , as the foundation. In the empirical research, the first, second and third year students of Kaohsiung City public junior high school in 2011 were chose as subjects. The researchers adapted the “junior high school students life experience scale” as a research tool, a total of 1192 valid questionnaires were obtained, and then collected information in order to adopt “descriptive statistic”, “ t-test and one-way ANOVA”, “Pearson correlations”, “stepwise multiple regressions” and other data processing to test the hypothesis, and the results of each analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The most attachment style of junior high school students in Kaohsiung belongs to “anxious attachment”. 2. The parent-child relationship of junior high school students in Kaohsing reaches the level above average, in which the “ration” is the highest and the “emotion” is the lowest. 3. The life-adjustment of junior high school students in Kaohsing reaches the level above average. The adjustment of “school life” is the highest. And the adjustment of “family life” is the lowest. 4. The junior high school students of different genders and grades in Kaohsiung possess different attachment styles. 5. The communication and parent-child relationship of the seven graders in Kaohsiung are significantly higher than the eighth and the ninth graders. 6. The junior high school students with different genders, grades, and birth orders possess different life adjustment. 7. The junior high school students of secure attachment are significantly higher in life adjustment than those of anxious and avoidant attachment. And the students of anxious attachment are significantly higher in life adjustment than those of avoidant attachment. 8. The junior high school students with high parent-child relationships are significantly higher in life adjustment than those with middle and low parent-child relationships. And the students with middle parent-child relationships are significantly higher in life adjustment than those who of low parent-child relationships. 9. Both of secure attachment and anxious attachment have significantly positive correlations with parent-child relationship. And there are significantly negative correlations between avoidant attachment and parent-child relationships. 10. Both secure attachment and anxious attachment have significantly positive correlations with life adjustment. And there are significantly negative correlations between avoidant attachment and life adjustment. 11. There are significantly correlations between parent-child relationships and life adjustment. 12. The secure attachment of “attachment” styles and the “emotion” of parent-child relationships can significantly predict junior high school students’ life adjustment. Finally, this study based on these findings ,respectively, parents and caregivers, school students, school authorities, family educators and recommendations for further study, for education, counseling, or future research. 梁茂森 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 150 zh-TW
