Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the recent and relationship among the Administrative Communication Behavior, Job Involvement and School Effectiveness for junior high schools in Pingtung County. Questionnaire survey is adopted as the research method in this research. The research used stratifying random sampling by school sizes to select sample population for conducting the test 750 people from 38 public junior high schools in Pingtung County are served as samples. From those collected 697questionnaires, 732samples are valid with applicable rate of 92.93%. The collected data was analyzed by way of average, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Stepwise Regression. The major conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. At present, States of Educators’ Communication Behavior and School Effectiveness in junior high schools of Pingtung County are above average. 2. There are significant differences among Educators’ Communication Behavior, Job Invovement and School Effectiveness based on different background variables. 3. There are significant relationships among Educators’ Communication Behavior, Job Involvement and School Effectiveness. 4. Educators’ Communication Behavior and Job Involvement are significant predictors of School Effectiveness. Based on the results of the research, some suggestions for school administration leadership and future study were proposed.
