Therefore, how to use the application of information technology and organizational culture to facilitate, so that the knowledge assets can be generated within the enterprise, accumulation, transferred, applied and updated, so that the members of the organization can upgrade their work performance by sharing, learning and reusing the knowledge. Thus to achieve the organizational business objectives, it has become the issues of what companies concerned. This study, focuses on Common Wealth Magazine 1000 manufacturing and 500 service industry as the object of study, a total issue of the 1500 questionnaires, valid questionnaires was 74, up to 4.9%.Therefore, this study sample of 74 companies. This study aims to explore the status of promoting knowledge management by domestic companies. Through the core competitiveness, related activities in knowledge management and the knowledge management performance measurement to explore the status of promoting knowledge management by domestic companies and making suggestions for promoting the knowledge management by the investigation to understand the status and needs of knowledge management, and forecast the development planning to face the opportunities and difficulties in future. The more important is to be used as a set of knowledge management systems and the reference of systems.
