Malaysia is a region of language convergence. Chinese language and Literature have taken root and developed in this area. As Malaysia is situated at the cross-roads of Eastern and Western civilizations,the mixture of cultures and languages produced Malaysian Chinese and Malaysian Chinese literature. They most prominent distinction lies in vocabulary, as it is a direct reflection of a society. Malaysian Chinese re-sort to vocabulary from local dialects and languages and specific foreign loanwords,achieving a strong local color of“Southern seas”. Malaysian Chinese Literature has become a significant part of Malaysian Chinese culture. ZhongYiWen, whose prose hold a unique position in Chinese literature, is the sixth generation outstanding writer after JianZhen and bridges the old and new generation writers in Malaysian Chinese Literacy.  The research is based on content analysis and analysis. The text is constituted by three chapters. First chapter is to analyze the content and compile of Chinese teaching material. The second chapter talks about the vocabulary of Malaysia Chinese. Those unique vocabularies are the words which reflect some domains of Malaysian society, and most of these words are the loan words from Malay, English and dialects. The article classifies the collected words into three groups: Malaysia unique vocabulary, the antonym language of the same form, the synonymy word of different form. The last chapter is to provide some suggestions to the Independent Chines High Schools in Malaysia, according to the above study and assisting them in it education reform and as well as editing the teaching material. This paper looks further into the characteristics of word borrowings between Chinese and Malaysian languages. The finding shows some points. First, the phenomenon of loan words is the reflection of the natural integration as a result of language contact in the country. Second, These loan words are mostly on the common nouns used in daily life. Therefore, it is proven that Chinese culture and Malay culture have been interacting in a natural and harmonious manner in the compound society of Malaysia. The last but not least, we must treated Malaysian Chinese as part of world Chinese language and emphasized both its uniqueness and multicultural content reassessing its global standing.
