碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 社會發展學系 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the current condition and the relevance of government employees’ and school staff’s leisure attitude and well-being and how different they are with environment and background variables. In order to reach the study purpose, this study chose survey method which used “ The Questionnaire of government employees’ and school staff’s Leisure Attitude and Well-Being ” developed by the researcher as a survey tool. The study objects are the government employees and school staff in Pingtung County. The effective samples are 385 in total. According to the result of the questionnaire, the analysis of datas are operated by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance of analysis, Person’s product-moment correlation method, and the regression analysis in multiple steps by using SPSS 17 for Windows. Based on the result of the analyzed data, the conclusions of the study are drawn as follows: 1. According to the employees’ and school staff’s leisure attitude ; the agreement of the leisure cognition is the highest, the agreement of the leisure behavior is the lowest, and school staff’s agreement is higher than the employees’. 2. According to the employees’ and school staffs’ well-being, the feelings of well-being between the human relationship is the highest, the feelings about self-confidence is the lowest, and school staff’s well-being is higher than the employees’. 3. The employees and school staff, age between thirty to forty years old, the educational background more high, teaching experience between six to fifteen years, the more employees’ and school staffs’ average monthly income , the more agreement of leisure attitude. 4. The employees and school staff, whose age is older, got married, the educational background more higher, teaching experience more longer, the more average monthly income , the more agreement of well-being. 5. The highly agreement of the employees’ and school staff’s leisure attitude, the highly well-being they have. 6. The employees’ and school staff’s leisure attitude can be explained the well-being effectively, especially leisure cognition has more explainable. Finally, according to the related results of conclusions, this study is to be references for government employees’ and school staff’s administrative organization, government employees and school staff and future researchers.
