The results show is significantly of cognitive expertise gap influence on satisfaction. Tutee has high satisfaction to tutor who have higher cognitive expertise than other tutor. Compare keyword recommendation with peer question recommendation which consider similarity of question ontology and knowledge ontology between tutee and peer.
