Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 100 === This study aimed to investigate the relations among procurement policy, product Knowledge, product involvement and risk preference on the purchasing behavior of medical equipments with or without registration records. By using the questionnaire survey, the subjects of doctors, nurses and staffs in one medical center in southern Taiwan were investigated and 83 valid sample data were collected from 120questionaires. Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, independent t test, one way ANOVA and regression anlaysis were employed to conduct the statistical analysis. The empirical results are as follows: 1. There existed significant differences for respondants with different product involvements on purchasing behavior of medical equipments. 2. There existed significant differences for respondants with different product knowledges on purchasing behavior of medical equipments. 3. There existed significant differences for respondants with different perspectives of hospital procurement policy on purchasing behavior of medical equipments. 4. The interactions between different perspectives of procurement policy and product knowledges, product involvements, and risk preference of respondants have significant impacts on purchasing behavior of medical equipments. Based on the empirical findings, this study offered suggestions to hospitals for the improvements of procurement policy of medical equipments and the hospital opearion and management.
