Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系所 === 100 === This article aims to develop a low-cost, easy-to-use and high-speed automatic detection system for detecting appearance defects of plastic parts. Plastic parts are sent by the spiral vibration feeding mechanism to the conveying mechanism and then transported sequentially in the same direction to the rotating glass disc, and the machine vision technology is applied on the rotating disc to detect and measure the appearance defects of plastic parts. After measuring 100 extracted samples, it was found that the appearance of plastic parts has no damage when the angle is between 160 and 180 degrees. Damaged angles which are not easily distinguished by eye appear when the angle is between 150 and 160 degrees. The very obvious damage appears when the angle is less than 150 degrees. So the conclusion can be identified less than 150 degrees are defective. At present this equipment can detect the appearance defects of plastic parts, enhance the measurement accuracy, shorten the measurement time and reduce human resources. The image edge tracking technology is used for measuring and processing, and combined with the optical imaging technique and self-developed light module into the low-cost, highly stable and high-speed detection system for appearance defects.
