Through SWOT Analysis, summarize the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of Pingdong Coastland Heart Cultivation Industry , to integrate and sum up the feasibility of competitive advantages for Pingdong Coastland Heart Cultivation Industry. The study use questionnaire survey type of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Use Ping-tung County Government Fisheries Section, Ping-tung Fisherman’s Association, and net cage practitioners as the investigative objects, aim at competitive factors of Pingdong Coastland Heart Cultivation Industry to proceed the relative weight judgment. Within the total 40 questionnaires were distributed and 38 valid samples were gathered giving an effective return rate of 95%. The empirical findings of this study are as follows: The competitive advantages of Pingdong Coastland Heart Cultivation Industry: 1.make the most of region characteristic and broaden the production scope 2.make the most of resources and sold by self-brand 3.upgrade technique improvement and quality control capability 4.reenforce food safety requirements. And submit executive proposal to every strategies for government fishery organization’s reference.
