I try to discover their satisfaction toward the working environment. Also, I come to realize their study condition according to the different backgrounds with the research of different predicaments by every aspect. The research takes documentary analysis and survey as methods of study. The objects are apprentice students described above. The questionnaires distributed summed 290, retrieved 268. The retrieve rate is 92.4%. The major discoveries are as follow: 1. Among seven aspects of satisfaction, the highest aspect lies on social interaction, and the lowest welfare and salary. 2. The factors of gender and family economy don’t affect much in these thirty six questions. 3. However, school grades, the reason to schooling, the plan of finding jobs and the factory scale make much difference in the satisfaction. In conclusion, most students attend the work-study classes to make their living because they are from impoverished families. We shall emphasize on active learning motivation, not on the target of making money. The managers in the cooperative factories shall instruct students the professional and practical experience and disposition. So they shall provide systematic training and learning surroundings, legislate rational salary and welfare. They cannot regard these apprentice students as general laborers. After all, these factories bear ambitions of educating the students. On the other hand, the school shall pay much attention to students’ life management, strengthen their skills and help them find proper future jobs. In this case, students, the school and factories can benefit most from the cooperative program and make them all three-way win. Duan, Zhao Lin 段兆麟 博士 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 126 zh-TW |
