Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北商業技術學院 === 國際商務系碩士班 === 100 === Recently, Cloud computing is rapidly becoming the hottest topic in information technology and was concern by various governments and enterprises, which may has the potential to transform human life behavior and renew business models. However, recent study has found Cloud computing has more than 20 definitions and it can simplify two views through on those definition. Some define cloud computing as a kind of information technology; others define cloud computing as a business model. Accordingly, this study investigated firms accept intentions toward cloud service in terms of varied factors including SLA characteristic, trust, perceived risk, social influence and performance expectancy factors. Study results showed that both of trust, social factor and performance expectancy influence factors have positive impacts on acceptance intentions of firms toward cloud services. The study findings could provide references for related cloud service providers to plan their promotions activities, as well as for governments to plan and develop cloud service industry.
