The target population were pregnant women (n=110).Based on the leisure coping theory, we proposed the research models, with questionnaire survey in a medical center obstetric clinic of Taipei. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to test the model and the finding indicated an acceptable fit in the proposed model. The results of the research concluded as follows: (1) Pregnancy stress appears to influence the Health significantly and negatively,(2) Leisure coping strategies appears to influence Leisure participation significantly and negatively, and (3) Leisure participation appears to influence Health significantly and positively. The relative chi-square ratio (χ2/df=1.5), GFI=0.81, NFI =0.74, IFI ,CFI =0.89, RMR=0.087,and RMSEA=0.068, values indicated that the final model has a good fit. As theconcluding remarks, we suggest several future research issues and implications for health promotion programs. Chienho Chen 陳建和 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW |
