Based on leisure coping theory, this research proposed the hypothetic model. For the survey, respondents were randomly sampled from February 2012 to March. Totally 341 questionnaires were sent out, and 231 valid samples were collected with a respondent rate of 68%.The variables in the questionnaire contain "work stress", "leisure coping", "leisure participation", and "health". Structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling, SEM) was applied to verify the relationship of these variables. The results of the model reveal that: work stress appears to influence health significantly and negatively;leisure participation appears to influence health significantly and positively;Leisure coping appears to influence leisure participation significantly and positively. As the concluding remarks, we suggest that Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation should promote leisure participation in order to reduce employee’s stress, and assist train service attendants in increasing leisure opportunities, so the train service attendants can enhance physical and mental health.
