| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 事業經營碩士學位學程 === 100 === It appears to be that nowadays there have been quite a few Non-Profit Organizations facing the financial crisis due to the difficulty of fund raising. In order to maintain a long-term development for these organizations, some are launching a series of enterprise resource management for these non-profit organizations in the hope of releasing stress and problem solving as well. How do wet put non-profit organization on the market? Meanwhile, in the process of making profits from the service and merchandise producing of NPO, can the original NPO social value and the public welfare be combined together so as to fulfill enterprising social duty? Can production and transformation be turned into profitable society asset? Since the principle of NPO is based on non-profit purpose. Thus, is there any associated connection between NPO and non-profit enterprising organizations?
The study will be conducted under the social culture value integrated with international cooperation social duty and along with its development nowadays. The data resource collecting and analysis will be under the criteria as well. The study shows that the cooperation emphasizes on the profit of the business partners and local organic farmers and always put them in priority for the cooperation itself. For the purpose of meeting the society needs and environment protection as principles for the cooperation, social duty has always been priority prior to financial profit when cooperation pattern is on motion. The social duty priority policy is contradicted to the general cooperate aiming the financial benefit for entire business. Through the successful case study of this non profit enterprise organization, the study is to me a general guidance for academic and pragmatic fields.
