Public multi pipelines and the combination of the corporate and the pipelines mass the strengthening of organizational identification. The specific purpose of this study we want to achieve is exploring the different backgrounds of the staff in nonprofit organizations will affect the organizational goals, corporate image awareness and brand value recognition. In this study. 200 questionnaires were sent out. We used different statistical analysis, such as descriptive statistics; factor analysis, regression analysis. The conclusion drawn from the model as follows: It has positive correlation between the Organizational Goal and Brand Value. It has positive correlation between the Brand Value and Corporate Image. It has positive correlation between the Organization Goal and Corporate Image. It has different background variables subject to the corporate image, organizational goals and brand value.
