The participants of the research were 7 itinerant teachers of public pre-school from 4 cities. The conclusion of the research could be served as some suggestions for itinerant teachers and professionals. After finishing the interview transcription, the following conclusions were reached: 1. The current models of itinerant teachers of public pre-school were satisfied, but there was still some problems of human resources should be solved. 2. Due to the expectancies of work were different from the realities, the itinerant teachers felt tired and lack strength. Facing this situation, they used to discuss with others or find some ways to relax. 3. The personalities and the backgrounds of itinerant teachers might affect the efforts of work, such as obvious personalities, willingness of helping people, and stress managements. All the participants of the research were teachers of early childhood education, and it helped them to work with other pre-school teachers. 4. The difficulties of itinerant teachers of public pre-school were the lack of assistants from schools, too few assisting sessions provided, inconvenient transportations, and communication problems. 5. The anticipations of itinerant teachers were the progress of students, improvements of self, and communications with professionals. According to the above research conclusions, the research provides the itinerant teachers, the educational administration institution, and the research direction in the future with references.
