| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 100 === In this paper, we use the method of multiple case design, and we chosen the world's most 50 innovative companies in 2011 for samples, which issued from the "Technology Review" magazine that published by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. We analyzed these companies that why they are so innovative and how do they do to innovate? Further, we tried to study these companies’ innovative strategy, and we generalized the nine strategies of innovation. They are Innovation via Entrepreneuring, Innovation via Organizing, Innovation via Positioning, Innovation via Contextualizing, Innovation via Practicing, Innovation via Aggregating, Innovation via Competencing, Innovation via Framing, Innovation via Contingency.
Managerial implications for businesses of this research are to find nine innovative ways to help companies to achieve succeed! We hope these nine strategies can be the basis of innovative strategies for enterprises, whether it is in the level of business, the level of marketing channels, or the level of technical research and development, companies can follow this way to develop innovative strategies to promote their innovation then to enhance the company's core competitiveness and overall economic benefits.
