The researcher has read the books, documents, and reports about Taiwan’s peasants’ situation in the Japanese ruled times from 1920 to 1930; the grand old men of the Japanese ruled times were interviewed in person. The information collected above outlines “San Zi Ji” published by the Taiwan’s intelligentsia in the 1930s. While analyzing “San Zi Ji” of Taiwan Peasant Association in Japanese ruled period, its background would be established. Through the study methods of Historical Research, Documentary Analysis, and Case Study to understand Taiwan’s suppressed situation during Japanese colony, it is analyzed and concluded that the Taiwan’s intelligentsia were qualified to lead the society basis. Through the practice process of taking advantage of Taiwanese publications to go deep into industrial and agricultural classes, the intelligentsia presented to be the mouthpiece of the people and the times. While practicing speaking for the sugarcane peasants, the idea of peasant association communization was transmitted. Through the publishing of “San Zi Ji” was short-lived, its impact was huge at that time. The sociality, educability, and dissemination that “San Zi Ji” represented could not be despised. In the end, the study discusses why communism could not be promoted in the capitalist society which has many workers except for Soviet Union, east European countries and mainland China which have fewer industrial classes and are poor, which proved to be failure.
