Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 綠色能源科技研究所碩士班 === 100 === In this study, CuInSe2 nanomaterials with a chalcopyrite structure were successfully synthesized through the different reaction paths by solvothermal approach. CuInSe2 nanorods have been prepared by using as-prepared Cu2-xSe nanorods as a precursor reacted with indium chloride via a solvothermal approach. A possible formation mechanism of the CuInSe2 nanorods is proposed in this work. Phase conversion is believed to occur within the In3+ intercalated Cu2-xSe:In during the reaction, and lead to the formation of chalcopyrite phase CuInSe2 nanorods. Beside, used the binary Cu2-xSe as a hard template reacted with InSe could obtained the reacting CuInSe2 nanorods with the morphology similar to the precursor Cu2-xSe. CuInSe2 nanomaterials also could obtained by InSe reacted with CuCl. The structure, morphology and composition of the samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope and scanning electron microscopy. The application of CuInSe2 in photocatalytic reaction of azo dyes (methyl orange (MO) has been investigated. As expected, the resulting CuInSe2 showed efficient visible light photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange. The photocatalysts before and after reaction of MO were compared by XRD investigation.
