Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 機電系統工程研究所碩士班 === 100 === Owing to the rapid development and mass market request for Blu-ray technology, the demand for the size of Blu-ray head and the product life cycle management is getting challenging. In order to decrease the cost of development in experiment efficiently, more and more researcher uses CAE simulation tool to reduce the time of trial and error, hence increase the efficiency of product life development cycle. Since it’s not easy to control the accuracy of the non-spherical shape of Blue-ray head, this study investigate the degree of warpage shrinkage due to the injection molding parameters. By using the Taguchi method to find optimal parameters of the injection mold, we establish the complete optical lens mold flow analysis procedure. Form the first simulation of Taguchi method, we get the recommended materials is PMMA. After collection of information related to site conditions, PMMA material is used for the second Taguchi-based simulation. Then, injection experiments are made by UA3P high precision three-dimensional measuring instrument to measure non-spherical region. Through the comparisons between Taguchi experimental method and measured data, we can ensure the accuracy of whole analysis procedure.
