Nowadays due to the popularization of the Internet and digital communication, there are growing numbers of modern enterprises employ digital education and training, and the E-book is a part of which. In Taiwan, the main E-book development strategy focuses on the basic school education. The crucial factors how E-books education and training can be accepted by employees and implement continuously might be able to overcome the disadvantages of traditional educational training such as limitation of time and location. Therefore, the main purpose of the research is to understand the possible reasons which can influence the intention of employees about learning by E-book. In this study, use the questionnaire as empirical research study to investigate domestic A insurance industry business staff issued a total of 185 questionnaires were valid questionnaires for a total of 184, the results are as follows: (1)Performance expectancy will have significant positive influence on behavioral intention.(2)Effort expectancy will have significant positive influence on behavioral intention. (3)Social influence will have significant positive influence on behavioral intention.(4)Facilitating condition will have significant positive influence on actual behavior. (5) Behavioral intention will have significant positive influence on actual behavior. (6) Task characteristics will have significant positive influence on task-technology fit. (7)Technology characteristics will have significant positive influence on task-technology fit.(8)Task-technology fit will have significant positive influence on behavioral intention.
