In the past, people had to go to hospitals for health examinations by themselves; however, this was not only a kind of waste, but also a waste of time. Therefore, scholars proposed the idea, “Tele-home care, THC”, hoping to reduce consumption of human resource costs. This paper presents an idea of wireless network to increase the monitoring side of degrees of freedom, use Petri-net to establish the system model, design the architecture, and analyze the efficacy. Finally, it works on Smart Handheld. We apply Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and computers to implement multi-mode for different distances, use asynchronous processing as a bridge between data stream and displays, and user interface provides observers and doctors with important information based on professional patient monitors.
