Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 機械與機電工程學系 === 100 === Solar Panels are based on the photoelectric effect, which convert light energy into electrical energy. However, due to the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar panel is not high, and the cost is relatively expensive. Therefore, how to make solar panel of the limited conversion efficiency, raising even greater power generation efficiency is currently very popular research. In this paper, we used LabVIEW integrated with USB-4711 DAQ card, AC servo motor and light position sensor to design of a single axis sunlight altitude angle tracking system. By USB-4711 DAQ card acquired voltage signal of light position sensor transmitted to LabVIEW, the SCADA system will detect the position of sunlight altitude angle. Then control AC servo motor of the steering and speed, make the solar panel to keep tracking the position of sunlight altitude angle for obtain more power. The experimental results show that in this paper the design of solar panel tracking system can drive AC servo motor to track the position of sunlight altitude angle, to make the solar panel generate more power generation efficiency. Finally, we used LabVIEW’s built in DataSocket to implement real-time remote monitoring control for solar panel tracking system. The client host not only can monitor the real-time data from the server host, but also can control the tracking system by sending command to the server host, to achieve the purpose of real-time remote monitoring and control system.
