Teachers should teach students trying their best to protect our earth. Nowadays, how to operate a school was not easy as before. Public schools are not the only choose for parents. Every school should integrate its own characteristics to attract students and parents. In this research, we study the school management strategies and its value in schools which have certification on Environmental Education. We perform our research in a school of Taoyuan county which has certification on Environmental Education . We not only interview the school but also analyze documents and make the questionnaires to understand the correlation between the school management strategies and the certification of Environmental Education. The results as follow: 1. The school which owns the unique environmental equipments such as wind power, solar power and Ecological pond designs the environmental curriculums and activities for different level students. Every teacher will apply this curriculum in the class and help students get the certification. 2. The School Curriculum Development Committees is a key point to carry out the environmental education. Teachers are the leaders to gather everyone’s recognitions. In this way, the school administration and school teaching can work together well. 3. It would be better for a school to get parents’ participation and ask for the help and cooperation from some institutions to carry out the environmental education. Moreover, the school can get more chance to market its own characteristic on newspaper or TV. In this study, we provide suggestions on correlation between the school management strategies and environmental education.
