Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 數位科技設計學系(含玩具與遊戲設計碩士班) === 100 === Billiards is a sport with great development potential in our country and we are well-known in the International billiards world. Changes in the perception and atmosphere surrounding billiards has resulted in a more positive attitude towards the sport. However, students who would like to learn to play billiards are often subjected to academic pressure, a restrictive school environment, the prospects of their future careers and even the attitude of their parents. This restricts their involvement in the sport and in particular the availability of systematic training and practice. However, there are many positive aspects to billiards including the attainment of skill and knowledge and the excellent entertainment value and economy. The sport is definitely worthy of proper promotion. Hence, it is hoped that this study can reduce the level of difficulty for the beginner who wants to learn, through a combination of assistive teaching material and checkpoint training. A learner will gain skill and be able to control the training process alone and also catch a glimpse of the secrets of billiards and also have fun as he gains the necessary skills to play well. The members of the billiards team in Touqian Junior High School, New Taipei City were chosen as the subjects for this study. The curriculum development process refers to systematic teaching and the concept of set checkpoints, through five stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The related key points and concept of billiards, concluded by the researcher, were converted into training material and application software. Steps that included explanations and demonstrations, individual practice, self- examination, and the examination and registration of checkpoints achieved were used to establish a training process. Finally, test methods based on a revision of the rules of bowlliards were utilized to test and evaluate the results so that the teaching materials and training mode could be verified for efficacy and the goals set by the study. The study results showed that better progress was clearly related to the learning process and the conclusion was reached that the teaching material and training methods designed in this study could have a direct influence on the learning process. The progress of passing checkpoints could be used as measurement indicators to determine skill level. Based on the study results, the researcher also makes suggestions with regard to supplementary teaching material, adjusting the content of checkpoints, digital media to assist learning, the improvement of equipment and the development of multi-applications. It is expected that the studies related to billiards would be more complete and developed further.
