Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 生命教育與健康促進研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to explore the learning demands of life education on vocational high school students and the differences between demands of life education in several personal background variables. We extracted the data by using close and open-ended questionnaire which is designed by the researcher. The 592 participants from Taipei’s vocational high schools in the 101th academic school year, the students were selected with the method of purposive sample. The major findings of this study revealed that: 1.The learning demands of life education which are vocational high school students themselves raised for most students expect at this stage of learning content. 2.The demands of life education on vocational high school students are above average. The highest learning demands are “Philosophy and meaning of life” and "Integrity and spirituality". 3.Vocational high school students in different demographic backgrounds show the significant difference in the scores of the scale and some subscales for the learning demands of life education. 4.The different demographic backgrounds of vocational high school students are the significant predictors for their learning demands in life education. Based on conclusions, this research proposes suggestions on how to organize and develop the life education curriculum in vocational high school. This study can be used as a reference for educational institutions and future research.
