Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 生命教育與健康促進研究所 === 100 === The main purpose of this study was to understand how the elementary school teachers’ will to undertake the final stage of his life plan and factor, related to the participants’ individual background and his life experience affected his desire to undertaking the final stage plan of his life. The 470 participants are teachers; took sample from elementary schools in Taipei used the stratified proportional random sampling method. The questionnaire of research is designed by the researcher used both close and open ended questions. The results showed that there are 14 aspects of final stage life plan that can be categorized to four factors. There are “Be fulfilled”, “Together with families and friends”, “Death preparation” and “Life prints”. In addition, “Together with families and friends” factor got the highest average score, and “Life prints” got the lowest one. With the different of individual background (gender, age, education, parents’ marriage, health situation, religious beliefs and individual experience of sickness) and environment (get in touch with death experience or not, get in touch with life and death education,discussing topic of death between families and medias), we find different purpose with his final willing plan. Finally, according to the results of this study related to the life educational course is the main concept of final stage willing plan to teachers in elementary school of Taipei city, school and education administration and provide proposals for future research.
