This study used convenience sampling to survey questionnaire distributed the questionnaire includes the reader background information and visual aspects, dimensions and information dimensions, respectively, the importance and satisfaction with 30 questions to ask, and 220 questionnaires pen information for data analysis. The results of this study will be able to help Taitung University Library to improve the direction of the mobile Web services, and provide follow-up on service quality research in the future.
