Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 身心整合與運動休閒產業學系 === 100 === Abstract The purpose of the research to develop an educational program based on the ideas of somatic movement education and focused on breath relaxing, body awareness, movement exploration and personal relationships to explore the effects of somatic movement education upon elementary low-grade emotional management and exam the researcher’s teaching process. The subjects of the research were 2nd graders from T elementary school in Pingtung, and those 14 boys and 13 girls would accept 10-week program of somatic movement education, by once or twice a week and 40~80 minutes/each time. In order to understand the effect of those pupils’ emotional management, the author applied action research method based on the course contents revised through reflective teaching journal, pupils’ feedback sheets after classes, log of interviews with pupils after classes, observation log of co-observers, observation table of anecdote records, then, compare their learning effects by observing their classroom behaviors before and after the classes. The research results were as follows: I. It was feasible to teach low-grade elementary somatic movement education for their emotional management learning, and it had some influential effects on their self-care behaviors and disruptive behaviors, especially the latter got the best effects, though the effects wasn’t sustainable. II. The curriculum design of somatic movement education based on breath relaxing, body awareness, movement exploration and personal relationships could enhance the capabilities of those pupils’ emotional awareness and recognition, as well as step up their abilities of body expression and spirit of mutual-help among peers, which was met with the dimension of emotional management and suitable for low-grade elementary . III. The curriculum of somatic movement education were highly accepted by low-grade elementary , and the interactive game for interpersonal relationship especially won the best learning and response, while the learning situation and response for breath relaxing were higher and higher as time went on. IV. By way of the research process, the researcher had got some professional growth and teaching experiences in the dimensions of curriculum design for somatic movement education, teaching behaviors, activity-guiding and reflection awareness.... Research conclusion: the curriculum of somatic movement education could be applied into low-grade elementary emotional management, it has influential effects on their self-care behaviors and disruptive behaviors, especially on the latter and even change them.
