碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育學系(所) === 100 === The purpose of this study is to understand the correlations between the senior high school principal’s political behaviors and the teacher’s organizational citizenship behaviors. Researcher used survey methods to analyze the senior high school principal’s political behaviors and the teacher’s organizational citizenship behaviors in the eastern Taiwan. Totally, 230 questionnaires sent and 199 valid questionnaires taken from 7 schools, and the overall response rate is 86.52%. The data analyzed with the descriptive statistics, independence sample t-test, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The findngs of this study are concluded as the followings : 1.The different background variables exist significantly difference. 2.The different using situations have significautly difference. 3.The relations between the senior high school principal’s political behaviors and the teacher’s organizational citizenship behaviors are partly positive. 4.The relations between the senior high school principal’s political behaviors and the teacher’s organizational citizenship behaviors can be predicted.
