In Taitung City, however, as real estate agents work with no base pay and high commission only, the competition and contest among the agencies and also the agents are rather severe. In fact, whether the employees could continuously focus on their job and reach the sales target were both key factors in making better profit. Therefore, it is believed that the job satisfaction, involvement and stability of employees would all benefit from constant identification and refinement of issues regarding human resource management. The present research then aims to understand the relationship between job satisfaction, involvement and turnover intention in the real estate agencies in Taitung City. In order to do so, the approach of survey and the method of questionnaire were adopted. By taking turnover intention as dependent variable and personal attribute as control variable, the research analysed the relationship between job satisfaction, involvement and turnover intention and found: 1.there was negative influence of job satisfaction/involvement on turnover intention; 2.there was positive effect of job satisfaction on job involvement but negative effect on turnover intention; 3.personal attributes contributed to significant difference in the impact of job satisfaction/involvement on turnover intention It is hoped that the present research which investigated the relationship between job satisfaction, involvement and turnover intention of real estate agents in Taitung City would provide important information for real estate agencies in Taitung City in shedding light of human resource management.
