Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 健康促進與休閒管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === The action research is expected to explore the complete teaching process by integrating leisure education into comprehensive activity field for elementary schools. Meanwhile, discussion between pupils, feedback and the progressing of teachers are all being observed. It adopts action research as the method. Four indications are set by the result of reference review: leisure cognitive, self-perception, leisure skills and leisure resources which are applied to an activity plan. The objects are 24 fifth-grade students who are also taught by the author. Each class is recorded and analyzed afterwards. The data was collected from classroom observation, interviews, worksheets, reflections and general discussion. The research is concluded below: 1. It is feasible to integrate leisure education into comprehensive activity field in elementary schools. 2. The leisure education courses were given positive feedback by students. 3. Students are encouraged to know the importance and values of leisure by applying leisure education courses. 4. It elevates the teaching efficiency and professional progress through the action research method. In conclusion, the suggestions for improving practical teaching methods of teachers,involving parents and the successor researchers will be provided according to the results.
