| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部暑期諮商心理碩士專班 === 100 === This is a thesis about self-narrating. Its content is described the process of growing up by looking back of my life and rethinking the process meaning which is given to life. There are positive meanings and implications to understand both of the favorable and adverse circumstances are guider of spirits.
When I recorded the past events, I wrote down the sentiments immediately. According to the sentiments, I participated in symposium and by means of re-peruseing the new ideas will be created. Finally I put my transition and descrying in order.
Because of the occasional chance to record the past stories and discuss, clarify with partners, I could not only understand the thread of my stories and rebuild them at the same time but also realize the different life meanings anew which is brought by past events. By means of telling my own stories, I could know myself and I have the chance to recognize people around me by all new realization, improve the interpersonal relationship and live situation of mine.
I hope that I could know myself clearer for learning how to get balance cleverly in an ordinary life. I am looking to bringing this new skill to make me feel more comfortable among the crowds.
