Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部運動休閒管理碩(假日) === 100 === The purpose of this research is to explore the effects of social support and organizational socialization on sports team. On the basis of the sports teams at the Chinese Naval Academy (CNA), the research utilizes both social support scale and organizational socialization scale for investigation. The subjects are sports players of the CNA in 2011. A cluster random sampling is utilized and the valid samples are 308 respondents. All data are analyzed via t-test and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. With respect to the social support, CNA sports players, who are with lower levels of education, upper grades, older age, differentiation in sports specialties, earlier participation in sports specialties, longer sports involvement, higher-frequency practice, longer duration of training and higher expenditure on sports, have better perception of the function of the social support. 2. From the perspective of organizational socialization, those who are with higher levels of education, upper grades, older age, differentiation in sports specialties, earlier participation in sports specialties, longer sports involvement, higher-frequency practice, longer duration of training and higher expenditure on sports, have better perception of the function of the organizational socialization
