As the value of Cloud Computing was rediscovered and awaken by advanced mobile devices and internet technologies, the new computing paradigm might change global competitive environment radically and rapidly. Believing that Cloud Computing is helpful to SMEs to increase competitive edges, this study aimed to study how to increase adoption rate among Taiwan SMEs by identifying factors which would impact on their intent to adopt. An integrated model with diffusion of innovation and vendor performance was proposed to address this question. Empirical data collected from questionnaire survey was tested by PLS statistic skill. The results suggested that Taiwan SMEs would increase their intent to adopt Cloud Computing when they perceive higher level of direct technological benefits and organizational readiness. Vendor performance, in the three context model, was found not significantly impact on adoption decisions. Implications of the findings and future research areas were discussed.
