How to create a better and productive design environment for circuit designers is always an important issue. In order to observe electromagnetic behavior inside a circuit, three dimensional electromagnetic simulation tools provide suitable environments for designers to observe the behavior of their circuit before tape it out. Unfortunately, most of monitors are using only two dimension display technology today. In our opinion, if we can develop software which can inspect circuit behavior under 3D environment, we can observe phenomena more clearly at post simulation stage. This thesis will illustrate how to observe energy propagating path and substrate power loss under three dimension electromagnetic structure and display it on monitor which provides 3D display capability. It will allow circuit designers to observe their circuit more easily. 盧信嘉 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 44 zh-TW
