In this study, we select some more suitable measurement for the printing industry, and implement Balance Scorecard for Performance Measurement. We use knowledge-management capabilities as independent variables and organizational performance as the dependent variable. The questionnaire collected a total of 111 samples by random sampling. This statistical methods used in this study are: factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, independent sample t-test and Pearson product moment correlation. And then export the relationship between knowledge management capability and organizational performance in Taiwan's printing industry. The results showed that the use of knowledge management capabilities in the printing industry the more the higher the performance of their organizational performance, especially in the financial and learning. Management capacity in the face of information technology and knowledge to protect surface, the higher the better able to enhance the company's revenue and reduce costs, In addition, if companies do a good job in information technology and knowledge to protect, will be able to enhance the company's revenue and reduce costs. We also found that there is positive correlation between organizational structure, organizational culture, knowledge enhancement and staff professional capacity, information capacity, satisfaction. In the printer background, there are significant differences between “plant type, the level of capitalization and turnover, the duration of apply knowledge management” and organizational performance, especially in information technology and knowledge protection. Addition, there is significant differences in the implementation of knowledge management for the financial side and customer side. The vendors that build enterprise portals, Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)and knowledge management system get a significant difference for knowledge management and organizational performance, especially in the knowledge management infrastructure capacity and the knowledge management process capability. In the finance, internal process, and learning, the company that apply ERP for a while can get a lot of improvement.
