Since 1980, the concept, can let enterprise established up ,of a survival ability began on has formed, collaborative design and synchronization engineering. This early concept for products development and easy manufacturing develop into DFM method until 1990s. In 1998, James g. Bralla published name for Design for Manufacturability Handbook makes this concept spread to all manufacturing-related companies, its advantages include efficiency to shorten product development time, improve quality, reduce development costs, lower production costs, increase productivity, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The concept gradually developed into the idea of Design For eXcellence (DFx) in 2000. This research of a case study refer to an electronic power manufacturer, and the method includes interview, literature discussion, summarized finishing and the analysis; and the aspect includes information import case study, scholars research, project and change management. The case is to explore the company import Excellence design of import key success factors. this research showed project or specific activities in import of process, the top manager in introducing and promoting a project played as an important role, and an appropriate of project team, and implementation surface of in the low order head are also key factors. Supervision, Control and to give assistance is essential, too. These key factors on results, is made available to the company as a reference for importing design excellence, or project activities.
