Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 100 === By using project management through team work, Enterprises and organizations integrate effective and available resources to achieve a specific goal and make their products available in the market on time the success of their actions all rely on effective project management. The purpose of this thesis is to explore the key success factors of project management for information technology products. This study uses literature review and interviews with the senior managers of the technology industry to identify the key success factors for project management, including project manager and engineers, project, organization, and external environment and then uses these 4 factors and their sub-criteria as measurements to build the hierarchical structure for this research. The survey subjects of this research focus on the project managers and project engineers of the industry server product R & D department in company H. The samples were selected by anonymous sampling method and the empirical data was analyzed by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method to find the key success factors for project management. According to the result, the most important key success factor of project management for the whole sample is project manager and engineers, followed by projects, organization, and external environment. The team member’s communication is the most important factor under program manager and engineers. We suggest project managers to think of how to make the communication more efficient among project team members to enhance the success rate of the project. Keywords: Information technology product, Project management, Analytical hierarchy process, Key successful factor.
